August
Prospective sites submit applications to receive a permanent collection to the SHARE board.
A SHARE board member visits prospective sites to review the facility where the collection would hang.
September
The SHARE board reviews site applications and selects the site for the current academic year.
Fall
SHARE Project Coordinators receive packets with entry forms and release forms required for each submitted artwork.The forms below are included in the packets. Both public and private schools adhere to the artwork criteria and submit release forms.
Early Spring
Following instructions in the packet provided in the fall, Project Coordinators deliver portfolios of student artwork to:

March
SHARE exhibits all submitted art work at SAY Si March 24-27, and a jury selects 100 pieces for the SHARE collection.
April
SHARE notifies the 100 student artists that their artwork was selected for the SHARE collection.
May
Student artists for the 100 selected artworks are honored at a reception and invited to see their artwork permanently installed at the SHARE site.
